Paraquat, a commonly used weed killer, has been associated with Parkinson’s disease. This has resulted in several lawsuits against the manufacturers of Paraquat for not warning about the dangers of long-term exposure.
Due to its harmful effects, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has limited the use of Paraquat, and it is now prohibited in more than 30 countries.
If you or someone you care about has been exposed to Paraquat and later diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease or similar conditions, you may be able to file a lawsuit to seek compensation for the damages caused.
